Delete your Lumina account

You can request deletion of your Lumina account and associated personal data from inside the app or from this web page.

How to request deletion

Send the request from the email address used for your Lumina account, or include the sign-in provider and account email so we can verify ownership.
Use the subject line: Delete my Lumina account.
After verification, eligible account data, synced reading progress, notes, journal entries, highlights, and AI conversation data will be deleted or anonymized.
We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backups.

What may be retained

Subscription and purchase records may remain with Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment providers according to their policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel it through the provider that bills you.
